Two storey maisonette-style chalet villa's are available to let on the Welcome Family Holiday Park at Dawlish Warren. The English Riveria including Torquay, Paignton, Exeter and Dartmoor are close by and there are lots of visitor attractions in the local area.

Exmouth Villa's are equipped for your convenience and enjoyment, with the exception of sheets and pillowcases. Each villa is double glazed and electricity is metered.

The ground floor is open-plan with a lounge/ diner and kitchen area. In the lounge there are two bed-settees and TV with Freeview. There is a spacious kitchen which includes microwave, freezer, fridge and full size electric cooker. An open plan staircase leads to the landing from which you have access to the master bedroom with double bed. There is also an additional twin bedroom, bathroom with shower over the bath and separate toilet.

There is car parking near the chalet villa's.

This award winning holiday park offers a wide range of entertainment and attractions to suit all the family. The Cruisers club is an exclusive licensed club where you will find a bar, a cafe, a takeaway and disco, cosy lounges and traditional pub games. Children may accompany you at all times and many of the children's entertainment options and competitions are held at the club.

The Tropicana Leisure Centre is situated next to the Cruisers club and offers a heated swimming pool with changing facilities, along with indoor fun pools. The indoor heated swimming complex comprises of a toddlers pool, tropical water falls and river island. Membership to the club and pool facilities is highly recommended and optional weekly tickets are available from the reception centre on your day of arrival. Prices for joint club and pool membership are as follows: Under 5 years FREE, 5-17 yrs £3 per week, Adults £4 per week.

Additional entertainment at the Welcome Family Park includes a Jolly Roger children's club, novelty golf course, adventure playground, amusement arcade and much more besides! There is a daily programme of competitions and organised games for children and adults.

The Welcome Park has a range of shops, a supermarket, laundrette and a cafe. There are further shops and takeaways in the Dawlish Warren area to meet the needs of the self-catering holiday maker.

The accommodation is on a very popular holiday park just a few minutes flat walk from a sandy, blue-flag awarded beach. There is fishing and golf nearby, as well as lovely coastal walks and a nature reserve at Dawlish Warren of international importance to wildlife conservation.

Dawlish town is a charming place where you can sit among the palm trees and watch the waterfowl from all over the world including the famous black swans. There are plenty of shops to suit the needs of self-catering holiday makers.

Teignmouth is a popular seaside resort just along the coast from Dawlish. It is complete with an amusements pier, sea cruises and numerous shops and restaurants. Walking through the back streets, particularly on the river side, shows Teignmouth to be a town with a strong history and rugged beauty with excellent views of Dartmoor in the distance.

Shaldon is a pretty village 'across the water' from Teignmouth accessible by ferry or across the bridge further down the river. One of the interesting attractions for tourists is Ness Cove, a secluded beach accessed through Smugglers tunnel.

Newton Abbot is a bustling market town with 'market day' every Wednesday. This town is the 'Gateway to the Moors' and a day-trip to Dartmoor is a must for visitors to the area. A day or more in Torquay 'Queen of the Riveria' is also recommended, along with the historic city of Exeter which is a short car ride away from the Welcome Family Holiday Park.
