STILL SOME AVAILABILITY!! Golding Hop Farm Cottage is situated down a quiet country lane just off the A227 road from Tonbridge to Borough Green. A bus service passes within half a kilometre but a car or other form of transport is strongly recommended in order to visit the many historic buildings and places of interest in the area. There is also a good selection of local real ale pubs.

Golding Hop Farm Cottage is fully furnished with accommodation for 5 adults on a holiday let basis. It has been awarded 3 stars by the Tourist Board and is non smoking. The property is brick built, clad with white weather boarding and fully insulated underneath with fibre glass. All windows are double glased and the property is fully centrally heated by oil. Garden furniture is provided consisiting of tables, chairs and a large parasol and barbecue. A cot, high chair and buggy is available for children on request.

Utility Room (7' x 4'9" or 21m x 144cm): Wash basin and w.c., Miele Washing Machine, Creda Condensing Dryer, ironing board and iron.

Well-trained pets by special arrangement only at an additional charge of £12 per pet per week.
A deposit of £60 per week, payable on arrive, is returnable in full at the end of stay provided that no damage or breakages have occurred and that cottage is left in a clean condition.
