The perfect spot to chill out and listen to the countryside yet just a few minutes drive from the sea and the delightful fishing villages of Looe and Polperro.

Our 8 self catering holiday cottages, grouped around the lawns, are ideal for everyone – cosy and full of character for couples, safe and fun for families with toddlers and children or book them all for a great group getaway.

Our warm heated swimming pool is a great place to cool off at the end of the day. Have a barbecue right next to your cottage and enjoy our wonderful surrounding countryside. We supply the coals free too! Every cottage has its own picnic table and there is a large central barbecue area so you can get together with friends and enjoy the beautiful, well tended gardens.

Outside play areas are the ideal places to let off some steam. Play a game of badminton, table tennis or swing ball. There’s an array of play equipment to challenge your toddlers and older children including our sandpit.

Our fantastic play barn is packed full of children’s toys and for adults there is table football and a pool table. The Barn is a great source of local information including places which offer our guests a discount.

Explore our grounds. Four acres of Cornish countryside with flower beds and tubs, a hidden playing field, trees to make a den underneath, our apple trees and of course the wonderful valley view.

Meet the animals. Our friendly farm animals; donkeys, chickens and ducks are here all year round as are our guinea pigs and rabbits. So just follow us down to give them breakfast or tuck them in for the night. You might even find a fresh egg or two from our friendly ex-battery hens.
