About Devon Willows Holiday Cottages - Self Catering Cottage Holidays

The three Devon Willows Holiday Cottages are located at 2 different stunning locations within the Axe Valley in East Devon. They all offer spacious, comfortable and well equipped self catering accommodation for the ideal family holiday.

THE WILLOWS is set within the grounds of the historic Weycroft Mill, adjacent to Weycroft Bridge. It is a recently converted stone built character cottage overlooking the River Axe and the stunning Devon countryside beyond, with many public foot and cycle paths within yards of the cottage. The accommodation comprises of the following:

SITTING ROOM - a very cosy and comfortably furnished sitting room with sofa & armchairs with wooden beams & original stone walls giving it plenty of character
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: A large, fully equipped, fitted, farmhouse kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and a large farmhouse kitchen table, seating 6.
BEDROOMS: All on the first floor with views over the River Axe: The Master bedroom has a double bed, Free-view TV, bedside units, wardrobe and drawers complete with en suite shower room with walk-in shower, W.C. & wash-hand basin. In addition there is a twin room, with two single beds, wardrobe & drawers. We supply all duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels.
BATHROOM: In addition to the en suite (above) is a large family bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, wash hand-basin, W.C.

The cottage is fully centrally heated. FREE WiFi. Cot and high chair available on request when available.

COLHAYNE EAST and COLHAYNE WEST were originally a hay barn, but have now been converted into two stunning holiday cottages. They are situated down a quiet, no through, country lane boasting stunning panoramic views across the rolling hills of the Devon countryside over the Axe Valley & surrounding farmland; it’s surrounded with wildlife. Public foot paths are just yards away from the cottages, leading down to the river Umborne: a great place for picnics, bird watching, or just a leisurely stroll. The accommodation in both cottages comprises of the following:
