We are situated within the heart of the Peak District which has 50,000 acres of spectacular countryside and peaceful villages.

Oaker Farm Holiday Cottages nestle near the bottom of Lose Hill amidst our lovingly maintained farmland. We have exceptional views, possibly the most idyllic and peaceful retreat in the Peak District, the perfect place to experience the ever changing landscapes.

We enjoy a delightfully tranquil and stunning position which is home to abundant wildlife, plants and birds. This is where the stresses of life are left behind.
The area offers a great deal for the country lover; walking (many routes from the door), climbing, horse riding, sight seeing, hang gliding, gliding, bird-watching, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet, you will find this the perfect place to take a break.

Set in an area of superb countryside in the heart of the Peak District, these sympathetically converted cottages will provide the comfort of "home from home" from which to enjoy the varied aspects of Britain's first National Park.

We are proud to welcome you to our farm and invite you to enjoy a well deserved holiday in one of our three well appointed cottages. You are assured of a peaceful, tranquil and stunning location in which to unwind and rest or alternatively step out and explore open countryside straight from the door.

For the comfort of all of our guests our cottages are no smoking and no pets.


THE OLD DAIRY COTTAGE - ONE BEDROOMED Sleeps 2, cosy cottage comfortably furnished offering superb views over the surrounding countryside. The cottage annexes to our farmhouse and benefits from its own private garden and patio area. Lobby, hallway, bathroom/wc (shower over bath), fitted kitchen with dining table, bedroom with double bed, and upstairs is the sitting room affording the panoramic views down the valley. This cottage is cosy with gas central heating, perfect for 2.

WINHILL COTTAGE -TWO BEDROOMED tastefully furnished barn conversion benefitting from its peaceful rural position, an ideal place to unwind and relax.
All on a single level entering into the hall, spacious open plan lounge/dining room with feature wood burning stove, well equipped kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedded bedroom, bathroom/wc (shower over bath), own patio area.

Winhill cottage is warm and cosy whatever the weather being fully insulated with a wood burning stove and oil central heating throughout, providing a Peak District self-catering cottage of a high standard.

LOSEHILL COTTAGE - TWO BEDROOMED cosy comfortable barn conversion with stunning views and its own secluded patio sitting out area.
Enter to a well equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge with feature wood burning stove, hallway, bathroom/wc (shower over bath), twin bedded room and on the first floor one double bedded room.
Losehill has a wood burning stove and oil central heating making it warm and cosy to relax with a good book whatever the weather and perfect for a winter short break. This cottage which is ideal for a couple or small family provides a Peak District holiday cottage of a high standard.
